• David Loosemore - Managing Director, Portabella
    Managing Director David takes a hands on role running of the Arbor Vale team. David has an input in everything from the initial site layout to final internal paint finishes. A keen tennis player, the location of Arbor Vale is what David believes sets it apart. There are a host of local sport and athletic clubs within walking distance of the site, including Dinas Powys tennis, bowls and rugby club.

  • Tom Young - Project Director, Portabella
    Tom’s main role in the Arbor Vale team is to oversee on site progress. This includes regular liaison with the building contractor and project management to ensure that the project runs smoothly to completion. Tom often finds himself at home entertaining visitors and believes that well thought out layouts of homes at Arbor Vale provide the perfect open-plan space for entertaining guests and family.

  • Peter Reilly - Commercial Director, Portabella
    Commercial Director Peter heads up the sales side of the Arbor Vale team. His role is varied, with involvement in everything from the the legal aspects during construction, such as the preparation of lease plans and documentation, to masterminding the marketing of the development. A keen home cook, Peter believes that the bespoke design, specification and layout of the kitchens is the most significant draw of owning a home at Arbor Vale.

  • Leanne Rudman - Interior Architect, Portabella
    As Interior Architect, Leanne is responsible for everything from room layouts to choice of paint finish and specification. Leanne starts from scratch with each plot, individually selecting the best sanitary ware and kitchen products based on requirement. Leanne believes it is the bathrooms that are the outstanding feature of homes at Arbor Vale, each offering a bath and large showers with luxury fittings provided by Roca Laufen.

  • Aled Thomas - Commercial Associate, Portabella
    Aled’s main role in the Arbor Vale team is to deal with customer enquiries, liaising with purchasers during the sales process from pre-reservation to post-completion. Despite being nearly 25 years away from the age requirement for the development, it is the opportunity to live in a verdant environment which has the benefit of being low-maintenance which Aled believes is the main benefit of living at Arbor Vale.

  • Tom Lewis - Quantity Surveyor, Intelle Construction
    Tom is tasked with ensuring that everything runs smoothly on site at Arbor Vale. His day-to-day role is varied, from working in the office managing the cost of building work to regular site visits where he will make assessments and projections for upcoming work. It is the feeling of community and the chance to live alongside like-minded people which Tom believes makes Arbor Vale so unique. It is set away from the hustle and bustle of Dinas Powys, but close enough to the village to enjoy all of the best of Dinas Powys life.

  • Kevin Fitzgerald - Site Manager, Intelle Construction
    As site manager, Kevin oversees all of the on-site work at Arbor Vale. The first line supervisor of all trades, his main role is to take charge of and co-ordinate workers on site to ensure that the build remains on programme. Kevin has worked on Arbor Vale from day one and will be on site at final handover and he believes that the large landscaped communal open spaces are the standout feature of Arbor Vale, providing a peaceful environment to live and to spend leisure time.
